Bemex offers its clients an "Owners Representative" implementation of PRINCE2, a scalable project management methodology used throughout the world including top global mining and construction companies.

The "Owners Representative" approach establishes Bemex as an extension of the clients organisation. In this arrangment, Bemex' role is to co-ordinate the project according to the PRINCE2 framework but without the excessive investment normally required to implement a full project management team including Project Support Office personnel, procedures etc. Sample reports and templates are available on this page.
